docs: fix SKILL.md issues from Codex review

Browse Source 
- Add missing @alicloud/ecs20140526 SDK dependency to metadata
- Fix snapshot create/rollback examples to use --disk-id instead of --id
- Remove documentation for unimplemented commands (snapshot delete, exec)
- Update feature list to reflect actual capabilities
