Replays all Ironclaw-specific changes (176 commits) onto the latest
upstream Openclaw release (2026.2.22). Conflicts auto-resolved in
favor of Ironclaw to guarantee zero change loss.

chore: strip upstream-only GitHub Actions and slim CI
...
Remove workflows irrelevant to this fork (auto-response, stale,
labeler, docker-release, install-smoke, formal-conformance,
sandbox-common-smoke). Slim ci.yml to just check + test jobs,
dropping iOS/macOS/Android/Windows/secrets/docs/release lanes.
Clean dependabot.yml of Swift and Gradle entries.

chore: revert upstream labeler.yml to unblock fork push
...
The fork's OAuth token lacks the workflow scope required to push
changes to .github/workflows/. Reverting the upstream labeler.yml
change so the branch can be force-pushed. The PR merge into main
will pick up the correct upstream version automatically.
