Verified:
- pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
- pnpm build
- pnpm check (fails on unrelated pre-existing lint in ui/src/ui/views/agents-utils.ts and src/pairing/pairing-store.ts)
- pnpm test:macmini (previous run passed before rebase)
