feat: add PriceService and snapshot API endpoints
- PriceService: Mock implementation using DB prices
- Snapshot schemas: SnapshotListItem, ReturnsResponse, ReturnDataPoint
- Snapshot API: list, create, get, delete snapshots
- Returns API: portfolio returns calculation with CAGR
