89bd8fea53 feat: add scheduler, returns calculator, and history page 
- APScheduler for daily snapshots (18:30 weekdays)
- ReturnsCalculator with CAGR, TWR, MDD, volatility
- Portfolio history page with snapshots and returns tabs
- FastAPI lifespan integration for scheduler
